2nd IMPACT for Standard SH2 Cartridges (UPDATE 4)

Two more bugs were reported and fixed in this version.

If this version is FINAL, I will release a CD Image with all 6 Games perfectly working for the standard SH2 version.

    A few freezes to report in this new version:

    Random freeze when throwing fireballs with Ryu against Gill
    The same when using Ken.
    Freeze when knocked out of the air using ken against his hidden rival (sean)
    Freeze when using Akuma and throwing an air fireball
